Heritage and history months have long been a meaningful way for companies to recognize communities, celebrate contributions, and foster belonging. In today’s evolving political and cultural landscape, many corporate social impact and employee engagement teams are re-examining how, when, and why they approach this work.

This member-only Topical Discussion is designed as a listening-forward, peer sharing conversation. Participants will have the opportunity to share how their organizations are navigating heritage and history months right now, including what has changed, what has stayed the same, and where teams are feeling uncertainty or pressure. We will explore practical approaches to decision-making, internal alignment, and messaging, as well as how companies are balancing authenticity, employee expectations, and external scrutiny.

The conversation will feature brief member report-outs followed by open discussion, creating space to learn from one another’s experiences rather than prescribe a single right answer. As always, this members-only session is informal, confidential, and grounded in peer-to-peer learning.
