Welcome to your Peer Circle! This kick-off call brings together all matched participants to launch the new cycle, share important program details, and set the foundation for a meaningful experience of connection and peer learning.
We’ll start with a brief overview of what to expect, how Peer Circles work, guidance for your ongoing meetings, and space for any questions you’d like to ask ACCP staff. From there, you’ll spend the majority of the session in breakout groups meeting your fellow cohort members, getting to know one another, and beginning the conversations that will shape your Peer Circle experience.
This is an interactive, members-only session designed to build trust and connection from day one. Sessions follow the Chatham House Rule and are not recorded to support candid dialogue.
