The Emerging Leaders Member Group is a peer networking opportunity for ACCP Members in their first 3-6 years of working in the social impact, CSR, ESG field. This group will serve as a source for CSR practitioners to grow in their knowledge of the field, develop as leaders, build a network, and create a community to learn and grow with for years to come. While this group is built for impact professionals, the focus will be on career and professional development. Potential discussion topics include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Management skills
- Communication skills
- Influence
- Career growth
- Current social impact topics
- Aligning CSR to the business
Emerging Leaders Criteria
- Must be a team member of an ACCP member company
- Has been in the social impact, CSR, ESG field for 3-6 years (Recommended)
- Has no direct reports or has been given no more than 2 direct reports within the last 12 months (Recommended)
- Previously attended ACCP’s The Forum: A CSR Immersion Program (Preferred)
