The Signature Program Journey with Christina Fagan & Ashley Rivera from Union Home Mortgage. They’ll talk through their journey to a signature program that is aligned to their business and has pivoted with COVID and racial justice impacts along the way. We’ll then have open discussion about signature programs D&I work overall over the last year.
